Dry Brush

With naturally soft boar bristles and a side hand strap. 
The practice of dry brushing helps sweep away dead skin cells, stimulate circulation, reduce ingrown hairs, eliminate toxins and leaves the skin glowing and soft. 
This is a lymphatic drainage exercise. 
Begins with the feet and work all the way up to the neck. Routinely follow this with a bath or shower. 
This exercise can be done every day.
